Cold Rush Adventures

After your booking request, you will receive a response from us as soon as possible. We will check whether we can host your event. You will then receive confirmation from us. 

Bookings are only valid upon confirmation!

Please be on time. 

We usually start events on the full hour, and delays of more than 15 minutes will cause problems. 

The time will then be deducted from the booked event duration.

We will prepare the dogs together with you, put on the harnesses and connect them to the cart/sled/ hipbelt

Of course you can take photos and videos or just enjoy the time  

back in the kennel

We unharness the dogs together, give them water and treats, cuddle them extensively and thank them for their performance and let them go back to their kennels to rest

We will now sit down together for a cup of coffee/tea and will be happy to answer your questions about sled dogs and their lives

general questions

clothing at our events

Please wear warm, weather-appropriate clothing. Our dogs will probably jump on you to greet you, so it shouldn't be the best new jacket or white pants. It's quite chilly on the sleigh/cart, so you might also want to bring ski underwear, a warm jacket and a scarf, as well as gloves and a hat/ski helmet.

children

Our dogs are familiar with children and are generally friendly. But please remember, however, that you are responsible for your children and please let us know if they are particularly sensitive or anxious. Children must always be accompanied by their parents.

weather issues

Here in Sweden, temperatures can drop to -30 degrees Celsius. 

We no longer do tours below -25 degrees Celsius or if there is any other danger to our guests or the dogs (for example heavy wind or a hunt in the forest). Cancellation by the guest due to "bad" weather is not possible.

Insurance exclusion

We cannot guard your valuables. 

We recommend that you take out personal insurance if you are bringing expensive clothing or equipment to the event. This insurance should cover accidental damage.

Payment

You pay here, right before your event starts.

You can pay by card or swish.

Coupons

You are also welcome to purchase coupons from us and use them as gifts to your loved ones, friends or colleagues

shuttle service

We offer a shuttle service from the airport, train station or your accommodation on request (max. 8 people). The costs depend on your individual request.

own dogs

Please note, that own dogs are not possible at our events, as the pack would not tolerate them. Therefore, your own dogs must stay at home or wait in your car (please consider the duration of the event). We cannot accept responsibility for other people's dogs.

Exceptions only apply to guests who have rented our guesthouse and whose dogs are kept in the kennel there.
